Ticket sales for our Balance Dance Competition have officially started!

On Saturday, March 21, we invite you to an energetic and inspiring dance event where our dancers will share their passion, creativity, and love for dance on stage.

This competition is set up as an open stage for our dancers.
Every dancer aged 6 and up can participate with:

• a solo
• a duo
• or a group with friends

On their favorite music, in their own style — all dance styles are welcome!

All dancers are expected to arrive at 13.30 for preparation and warm-up.

Tickets are now available via Bueno Webshop!

Everyone needs a ticket — both participating dancers and audience members (family, friends, and supporters). Ticket prices include VAT and service costs.

If you purchase multiple tickets, please make sure to register the names of the participants/visitors during checkout

Registration to participate is open until February 28.

From January 5 to 10, Dance Studio Balance is hosting Friends Week!

✨ All dancers can bring as many friends as they like to join their classes — completely free.

It’s the perfect chance to dance together, try new styles, and fill our studio with excitement and good vibes.

Bring your friends, show them your favorite class, and let’s kick off 2026 in the best way possible! ✨

Both folders include photos from the rehearsals as well as the performances (afternoon and evening). Some photos are taken wide, others are beautiful close-ups. Feel free to take your time browsing through all of them.

Dance Studio Balance is excited to announce that our annual dance performance will take place on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, at the beautiful Theater De Liefde in Heemstede. It promises to be a magical day filled with dance, creativity, and shining performers!

To give all our students a chance to shine, we will host four separate shows, scheduled throughout the day. Each show will feature a different age group, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all families.

From our youngest dancers (4 years old) to our advanced teens and adult performers — everyone will have the opportunity to shine on stage.

Our teachers are already busy creating beautiful choreographies and preparing an unforgettable show. We look forward to watching our dancers perform proudly for their families and friends.

More practical information about schedule, ticket sales, and costumes will follow soon via email and on our website.

With the start of the new season, our Demo Team is open to new members! Because this is a closed group, there will be an audition on Thursday, September 11, one week after the Open Week.

During the Open Week (August 30 – September 6), everyone is welcome to join the Demo Team class and try it out. From September 11 onward, only dancers who pass the audition can continue and officially sign up for the Demo Team.

Please send us an email with the student’s name, age, and which classes they take during the week. Be sure to read the Demo Team requirements carefully before applying.

Please note: Being accepted into the Demo Team does not automatically mean you will compete in your first year. You may join only for training and, depending on progress and readiness, compete the following season or later.

A new dance year is about to begin, and we can’t wait! From Saturday, August 30, we’re kicking off a brand-new dance season full of energy, creativity, and adventure! Whether you’re a returning dancer or stepping into the studio for the first time – we’re thrilled to welcome you.

Join us for our Open Week from August 30 to September 6. You can try out all classes completely free, and there’s no need to register in advance.

Please note: some classes may fill up quickly. If a class is full after the Open Week, it may no longer be possible to join – so don’t miss this chance to dance with us!

Our hard-working dancers, in their first year of existence, participated in their first dance competition on 9 February at DDO dance competiton in the Showdance category—and they won fourth place! We are super excited and so proud of them.

A powerful and confident dance style focused on dancing in heels. These classes help with posture, elegance, and expression while working on technique and choreography.
