Sign up for the trial lesson via our website or by sending us an email. If you are under 21, you can choose a free lesson. Adults can opt for a trial lesson for €10. After the trial lesson (or directly without a trial lesson), registration can be completed via our website. You can register via our schedule linked to the dance software Bueno, where you finalize your registration.

Payment is required within 21 days of registration. You will then be a member of Dansstudio Balance until further notice.

If you do not wish to continue after the trial lesson, please send an email with your reason.

If you continue after the trial lesson, it will count as the first lesson of your new course. If there is a waiting list, you will be notified by email or phone as soon as a spot becomes available.

For minors, the registration form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

No classes are held on public holidays and during school holidays (autumn, Christmas, spring, and May vacations).

There are 35 weeks of classes over 10 months (September–June). The tuition fee, or an installment of it, must be transferred to NL45KNAB0775543195 in the name of Dansstudio Balance in Amsterdam. You can pay per season (before October 1) or in 3 installments.

Installment Payments Schedule
1st installment: before October 1 (lesson period Sept.–Dec.)
2nd installment: before February 1 (lesson period Jan.–Mar.)
3rd installment: before May 1 (lesson period Apr.–June)

If you fail to pay on time after the due date, the student may be temporarily unable to participate in classes until the invoice is paid. This will be communicated promptly via email. A late payment fee of €10 will be charged.

Once registered, you are a student at Dansstudio Balance until further notice. If you wish to cancel, we request that you do so at the end of the season. This can be done during June and July. Mid-season cancellation is only possible in writing or by email, at least 1 month before the start of the next period.

You are obligated to pay for the current installment period. If the membership fee has already been paid, no refunds are available. In the event of mid-term cancellation, the remaining installments will be refunded if the full season has been paid.

For cancellation for the new season, please do so by June 1.

In the case of illness, injury, or other reasons preventing the student from attending classes after payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
The class schedule may change. Please note that class times may be adjusted. This will be communicated in a timely manner via WhatsApp and/or email.

Dansstudio Balance is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. This also applies to any physical injury incurred at Dansstudio Balance. No claims can be made against Dansstudio Balance in this regard.

Photos and video recordings are taken during classes and performances, which may be used for commercial purposes. By signing the registration form, you irrevocably agree to this. If you do not agree, please let us know, so we can ensure that no photos or videos of the registered student are used.
